Diversity, Equality, Inclusiveness

Diversity, Equality, Inclusiveness

TAK Group of Companies recognizes the important contribution each employee makes to the objectives of our organizations. We are immensely proud of our international workforce of varying ages and cultural backgrounds. Their unique perspectives and abilities provide a diversity that is integral to our ability to adapt to meet new and exciting challenges and to bringing excellence to all that we do across the different commercial arms of our family of companies.

Community

Community

The importance of being contributing members of the communities our businesses and projects participate in has been core to our activities since our inception. Whether it is being a job creator; a supporter of local businesses; a supporter of charity and education; a contributor to national industries and even to national identity or to all of the above, we believe that our positive participation is foundational to the success of our broader goals.

Philanthropy

Philanthropy

Since its inception in 1993, TAK Group of Companies has created and continues to support social programmes, charities, scholarship programmes and educational/vocational programmes. More than USD50 million has been gifted to notable causes the world over through a foundation as well as directly through the organizations that make up the portfolio of companies. In recent times, companies within the TAK Group have also created and run educational and vocational programmes in regions it is active in. China Horse Club’s ‘CHC China Dream Project’ provides international opportunities for young men and women from within China’s thoroughbred industry. The Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club’s Winston Trim Training Programme was created to provide training for future vocational opportunities in Saint Lucia’s emerging thoroughbred industry.
