Projects designed and managed by Teo A. Khing Design Consultants have been recognized for their sustainability, environmental sensitivity, sophistication and functional longevity. Nationally significant projects designed by the company include Putrajaya Federal Administration; Meydan City Master Plan; Meydan Racecourse and Equine Complex; Palm Deira Master Plan; Palm Jebel Ali Master Plan and Saint Lucia’s Pearl of the Caribbean. Teo A. Khing Design Consultants was the first organization established by Teo Ah Khing and set the template for the future development of the TAK Group of Companies.
