Pearl of the Caribbean – Site A, B, C

Saint Lucia

The Pearl of the Caribbean is one of the most audacious and exciting projects currently in development anywhere in the world today. Its introduction comes at a time when there is growing focus on responsible, sustainable, profitable, and relevant projects for the needs of a post-Covid-19 world.

This integrated development is transformational and has unsurprisingly been defined as a ‘nation-building project’. It has been applauded internationally at the 2018 AIM Awards in Dubai and has the scale and dynamism to herald a ‘golden era’ for Saint Lucia over the next decade.

The Pearl of the Caribbean is a self-sufficient development designed to meet the requirements of a more sophisticated and discerning tourism market. The master plans of each of its three sites have been adapted to meet the evolving needs of a post-Covid-19 world in addition to being symbiotic to the policy protocols on sustainability outlined by the Government of Saint Lucia.

The project promotes the benefits of ‘clean environment’, ‘social distancing/isolationist retreats’, ‘human experiences’, and ‘seamless travel transition’ in a nation that has been recognized by its international peers as among the best in handling Covid-19.

Collectively these sites _ Equine Lagoon, Atlantic Pearl, and Caribbean Marlin _ total approximately 1200 acres in size and present complementary synergies that are inclusive of commercial opportunities as well as lifestyle immersive environments that are of a level not previously experienced in the region.
