The Pearl of the Caribbean Lagoon (POTC Lagoon) will be the first luxury beach lagoon retreat of its kind in the southern Caribbean. This unique inland environment has been designed by enhancing the natural terrain of the site to build a world-class water park and tourism destination.

In all, the POTC Lagoon will comprise of three lagoons with the largest of the three being a water body of almost eight acres is size. Wrapping around it will be a selection of resorts and hotels supported by restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment facilities. A Club House is positioned between the three lagoons on the northeast boundary of the Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club. A selection of luxury private villas will support two additional smaller lagoons.

POTC Lagoon diversifies the tourism offering of the integrated development as well as Saint Lucia itself. It is expected to be a tourism driver for the region and a hub for both a domestic audience as well as cruise ship stopovers. The resorts and hotels in this phase of the development help meet the ever-growing demand from Saint Lucia’s tourism sector for amenity ladened resort accommodation in the island’s south that enjoys proximity to the airport, tourism hotspots, and to the ocean.

The masterplan for POTC Lagoon is inclusive of safe beach lagoons, entertainment spaces as well as venues for events like concerts, weddings and more.
