The Alpina Square is a Government Approved Real Estate Development under Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment Programme. Strategically located within the Equine Lagoon, one of three developments that form the Pearl of the Caribbean, it is three blocks of double-storey Caribbean contemporary shophouse typology consist of 17 retail units and 17 SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) units.

Alpina Square neighbours the Alpina Saint Lucia Hotel and, in conjunction with that hotel, provides hospitality training facilities for an education institute. Its facilities include teaching facilities, a demonstration kitchen, library and more.
