Pearl Of The Caribbean Masterplan
The Pearl of the Caribbean is an international integrated development that has been defined as a ‘nation building project’ for Saint Lucia and as a new benchmark across the region.
Set across three nearby sites totaling approximately 1000 acres in size, the Pearl of the Caribbean presents lifestyle-immersive environments that are complementary to one another. Its facilities are inclusive of a marina, cruise terminal and beach front resorts that draw inspiration from Cannes in France and Old Town Havana in Cuba; to resort style island living that mirrors the private luxury appeal of Florida’s iconic Key Biscayne, Fisher Island and Star Island; to private hill side villa blessed with sweeping ocean view of the Atlantic.
A picturesque racecourse, managed by the Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club, will be an entertainment hub centrally located for the Pearl of the Caribbean and the country’s premier tourism market.
The Pearl of the Caribbean’s three sites enjoy strategic proximity to Hewanorra International Airport, which is currently undertaking a USD170 million upgrade, as well as to the pristine waters of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.
The master plan is expected to be developed in phases over 15 years.
